Affiliate Disclosure

Big Shoes UK is free to use. To pay for running the site, some of the links on our pages are affiliate links. This page explains what that means for you.

What an affiliate link is

When you click an affiliate link and then buy something, the retailer may pay us a small commission. You pay exactly the same price as you would if you went to the shop directly.

Which programmes we use

• Awin: an affiliate network that some UK retailers use to pay websites like ours.
• Amazon Associates: as an Amazon Associate, we earn from qualifying purchases.

Affiliate links on our pages are marked in the page code as sponsored, and they open in a new tab.

How it affects what we list

It does not. We list a retailer because it sells large sizes, not because it pays us. Several retailers we recommend have no affiliate arrangement with us at all, and we link to them as normal links. We never invent prices, sizes or stock to make a shop look better, and if we could not check a detail we say so.

Questions

If you have a question about how we earn, please contact us. You can read more about the site on our about page.
