Quick answer: UK 9 is the last size for most women’s wellies. We found 12 shops, and women’s-labelled styles remain at Hunter, Muck Boot, Le Chameau and in Shoe Zone’s Lilley range. Marks and Spencer’s list is down to a few Hunter styles, and so is JD Williams’. Aigle’s is a unisex boot, Dunlop’s list leans unisex, and from 10 almost everything is unisex.

Nine is the ceiling. Hunter’s women’s size tables stop here, as do Muck Boot’s women-labelled styles, Le Chameau’s whole women’s range and Pavers’ extended sizes. Taking a 9 means buying at the very top of these ranges, and the list is already shorter than at 8: Marks and Spencer’s own wellies have gone, Joules has gone, and Decathlon has no whole 9. In return, this is the last size at which a women’s label is normal rather than unusual, so Hunter’s Refined Slim Fit Tall and Shoe Zone’s Lilley ankle Chelsea wellies are both still here.
We checked each shop’s own website on 31 October 2026. Marks and Spencer’s size 9 filter, Shoe Zone’s size 9 page, Hunter’s product pages, Muck Boot’s and Le Chameau’s collections and Dunlop’s store data were read directly. Le Chameau’s 9 is a filter option, as we did not read each style. Screwfix, GO Outdoors, Aigle, JD Williams, Next and Pavers were read through search results, so their details come from their own pages as shown there. Nine is the largest size in Le Chameau's women's filter. We did not read which styles hold it, so check the size on the Vierzon or Chasseur you want. Its narrow-calf and wide-calf collections sit within the same range. As shown in search results, UK standard delivery is free, and so are UK returns by Royal Mail Tracked, but the return window is not confirmed: its pages say 28 days in one place and 30 in another.

Its chart gives 272 mm and EU 43, and 9 is its last row. Half sizes around 9
Half sizes are scarce here. Decathlon’s Solognac Reinforced Wellies, an adult style, list 8.5 (EU 43) and 9.5 (EU 44) and skip the whole 9, which is why Decathlon is not in the table. Hunter’s only half size is 6.5, Muck Boot lists whole sizes and Shoe Zone’s half sizes stop well below this. We could not confirm a 9.5 anywhere else.
Wide calves at size 9
Calf options thin out sharply. Le Chameau is the main name, with its wide-calf collection in a range that reaches 9, though we did not confirm which styles hold the size. JD Williams’ wide calf wellies are in the same category as its few Hunter wellies at 9, but we could not match a wide calf style to the size. Joules’ Molly has stopped at 8. Yours Clothing has a few wide wellies, as shown in search results, but its pages did not show sizes, so we have left it out.

Marks and Spencer gives 272 mm for a women’s UK 9, and Shoe Zone 27.6 cm. For both shops, 9 is the last row of the women’s chart, which tells you how far their women’s sizing goes.
