Size 13 Trainers for Women: Where to Buy in the UK

Quick answer: women’s-labelled trainers do reach UK 13, and nearly all are Nike. Nike’s own filter names the Cortez, Zoom Vomero 5, P-6000, Rejuven8 Run, Shox Z Calistra and Air Jordan 1 Low SE ‘Lola Bunny’, and JD Sports has the white P-6000 Women’s. Long Tall Sally has its Black Canvas and White Canvas Low Trainers, also shown at Yours and Evans. ASOS’s Nike Lahar was in stock on a women’s page. Next and ASOS show adidas, Converse and Puma styles at 13, read from filters only, and many of those brands are unisex-sized.

Thirteen is not a dead end for trainers. The women’s label survives here better than you might expect, thanks to Nike, whose Cortez Women’s goes on to 14. Long Tall Sally adds plain canvas pairs of its own, and Yours and Evans show those same pairs, so they add no choice. The rest of the size 13 market is a matter of reading filters at Next and ASOS, where the names are familiar but the labels are often unisex, and most of the stock could not be read one product at a time. So there is something to buy at 13, and the work is in checking what each pair is.

Yours and Evans list the same Long Tall Sally trainers, so counts of shops overstate the choice. LTS is short for Long Tall Sally. Next and most of ASOS are filter readings, with no stock read by product. “Not checked” means we did not record that detail. Delivery and returns are the standard UK terms read on 30 October 2026.

The shops in more detail

Women’s-labelled or unisex at size 13

We call a trainer women’s-labelled only when its title says so. That covers the Nike styles named above, JD Sports’ P-6000 Women’s and Superfly Women’s, and Long Tall Sally’s own canvas pairs, which sit in a women’s range. Nike’s filter at 13 also holds basketball and skate shoes with no label, and a few labelled men’s, which never count. At ASOS and Next the shoes sit on women’s pages, but we did not read how each is labelled, and many of the brands there are unisex-sized. We do not convert between men’s and women’s sizes, so read the chart for the exact shoe.

Half sizes around 13

Thirteen is a whole size nearly everywhere. Long Tall Sally has no half sizes. On Nike’s Cortez Women’s the halves stop at 11.5, and from there it goes 12, 13, 14. The Zoom Vomero 5 women’s page goes 11, 12 and 13, with halves to 10.5, and ASOS’s Nike Lahar has halves to 11.5. Nike’s filter shows a 12.5 and no 13.5. Next’s filter is the exception, with a 13.5 labelled EU 48.5, though we did not read what it holds.

Who stops just below 13

• Marks and Spencer: its women’s trainers filter stops at 12.
• Shoe Zone: its filter stops at 12, with very few items from 10 up.
• Offspring: its women’s Nike filter stops at 12.
• Clarks: its women’s filter stopped at 12 on 30 October, and above 9 it held only men’s items.
• Crispins Shoes: its size pages stop at 12, and we found no trainer at 13.

Filters we could not trust at 13

• Very: its filter stopped at 12.5, and choosing 13 fell back to the whole trainer list.
• Simply Be and JD Williams: Shoe Size 13 returned the whole trainer list, unfiltered.
• Sports Direct: its ladies list at 13 showed Puma, Yeezy, Nike and adidas in the brand filter, but the one item we read was a Nike long jump spike, so it does not count.
• adidas, New Balance and HOKA: their women’s filters ran past 13 on 30 October, but we have no reading at 13, so we do not present them as a place to buy.

How to measure your feet for size 13 trainers

Long Tall Sally’s chart gives 304 mm for a women’s UK 13, against 296 mm for a 12. We recorded Nike’s women’s chart only as far as 12, where it gives 11 13/16 in, so read Nike’s chart for 13 on its own site. Those charts do not cover other brands’ shoes.

1. Stand on paper with your heel against a wall, in the socks you wear with trainers.
2. Mark your longest toe, pen upright.
3. Measure both feet and take the longer one to the chart for that shoe.

Width at size 13

Long Tall Sally’s trainers at 13 are Standard Fit only, and the wide trainers in the catalogue it shares with Yours stop at 9E and 10EEE. Nike has no width filter on its women’s listing. Its chart says wide shoes have about 6.35 mm more toe-box girth than regular, and extra wide about 1.7 cm more, but the women’s pages we checked offered no width choice. The one wide name we saw at 13 is the Converse Chuck Taylor All Star High Wide Fit on Next’s filter, which we did not open. Our wide fit guide compares brands’ width letters.

Next’s trainers filter has two UK 13 values, labelled EU 48 and EU 46, and we used the EU 48 one. The gap is why the UK size and your foot length tell you more than the EU number.
